This is the original Coach House to Prospect House, a listed and protected building in Ripon built in 1840 by the Kearsley family.

 

On opening the enormous old stable door, the old stables have been transformed in to an open plan, fully equipped modern kitchen, with long breakfast bar for social dining. A peaceful room with a large comfortable sofa and the latest Smart TV to relax in.

 

Upstairs, is the impressive master suite which has never failed to elicit gasps of surprise and delight!  Expansive in every way, with a show-stopping head board, vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams, mood lighting and designer fabrics from Kit Kemp. But it is the impressive bathroom that will make you truly smile and realise you have made the best decision to for your unique homestay! With a central marble shower, large oval bath that sits in the centre of the room with a view over the extensive gardens and fields, it is quite simply stunning.

 

If you find yourself in the serenely furnished downstairs bedroom, you can open up the French doors on to a private patio and enjoy the all day sunshine, with a cup of tea or glass of something chilled. 

 

Fire up the barbecue and watch the sun set or take a stroll around the field.
